Yeah I know. We've always had pretty inclusive policies for new people, provided they show any interest in actually joining the community, but there's not much you can do if people aren't interested in talking with us, we're not going to force people to join. 

Also, a lot of the people who do come in and ask questions tend to then disappear unfortunately.
