Perhaps you should be a little more careful with your wording, what you said could easily be construed as an accusation of elitism. If it was just well meaning advice it would perhaps have been better to look around a little, where you would find the Arena community has always been accepting of new groups. Hell, it was invaded just over a month ago and the response was excellent despite quite significant (albeit RP-driven) dickwaving and banter from the new people, unfortunately the invaders all disappeared as is often the case with new people, but it was still fun.
