Seriously though I'll pick between them to not hog good stuff up.  Loki I'm thinking reincarnated and wanting to use his powers for good but of course Loki's twisted spirit is going to haunt him.

Flash will be pretty standard issue with the speedforce and all.  I'm thinking to think who could make an interesting Flash though.
