As the Omnipotent Sphere said, that is two Portfolios and no Domain.
Essentially, you want to be a demigod of the Crafting domain [sub](welp, there goes my monopoly)[/sub], desired portfolio of Metallurgy/Smithing/Metalworking (they're all basically the same thing). Kho is saying that this choice (basically, anything in the Crafting Domain) has very strong overlap with Teknall (who is a Crafting (Masonry) god, planning to expand into (Carpentry/Woodworking) and (Metallurgy/Smithing/Metal Working), and more).

If your heart is really set on Crafting (Metallurgy), then you can. If you take that portfolio, Teknall shall be your demigod's father (who else would it be?), and he will take you as his apprentice. We just need to figure out a mother.
