I will make no case for or against Div because again I am not the judge. You can believe you are as right as you wish, but only a judge may interpret that.

However, I will say that both of you had some very clearly established issues. You have fine points, and Div has fine counterpoints in my personal opinion. You'll just have to wait on shawdus if you want to continue. Either way I can't imagine that this will go off without a hitch after the judge call regardless of which way that pendulum swings.
