I've always held that low-tier and high-tier characters were [i]different[/i] skill sets, not necessarily better/worse than each other.  I'm admittedly just [i]not good[/i] at dispowered combat and don't really hit my stride till mid-tier at the least, but that doesn't make me better or worse as a player than Street Fighters.  Just means I prefer a different ball park.  They can kick my ass in theirs, and I could shoot them through a mall from mine.  Different skillsets, not necessarily [i]compatible[/i], but also not intrinsically superior or inferior to each other.

Anyways.  No biggie, LR.  To be frank I've spent years plural working on the sheet I linked up for Cee, it did not happen anything remotely like overnight.  For all Star praises my character writing, there's a reason I have only half a dozen usable sheets at the moment, absolute tops.
