[@Cuccoruler] Now, I'm not a GM or anything, but I can say that Alex seems to be awful skilled for someone so young and untrained- especially against an older, more experienced soldier. Clapping in one's face may get one to flinch, but swing anyhow and cut off your hands- and the temporary respite you'd get FROM clapping your hands would be lost as you stoop to pick up your dagger again. As a bystander, someone with no power besides voice, I advise some caution. Alex is hardly a trained assassin- if he/she is, then it should be labelled there in the character sheet. Being merely good at a dagger and at blending in isn't the same as being an apprenticed assassin- likewise, I doubt my character would be able to pull off anything exceptional with a bow or a knife. Young and inexperienced < Older and experienced I don't think in a realistic fight, Jacob would've lost, period. Also, your character is borderline psychopathic. Giving a cute smile, running up and becoming a cold-eyed assassin and 'dispatching' a hostile, and then stepping back to give another cute smile and go skipping off isn't exactly normal. Especially since there's nothing else that we know- for all we know, Alex is really and truly nice and happy, and then goes murderous, and then back again, or it's just an act. We don't know. And tbh, your character sounds more like a ten-year-old child, whatwith the cute smiles and all that. Mind you, this ain't me being me- I just find myself at odds with your character, and I'd like to get them clarified, whether by bringing it to your attention so you can adjust accordingly, or by you explaining it to me and maybe adding a bit more detail so that we have a better idea as to what's going on.
