Well, there is only three people that can channel it. One of them people could channel it twice befall keeling over, exhausted. One of them people could use Callandor to channel it forever, but would go bat-shit crazy and start killing his own people, and one of them doesn't like channeling it because its against the rules.

Also, if to many people are removed by it, the universe is destroyed.
