Maleficent looked around the poor town, and the condition makes it look like a harbor. There was a break in her heart to see such conditions, but Bard has made himself act normal with spies all over the place. Looking around to make sure no one was looking, he tipped over one of the barrels with his foot. Funny it may seem, but Maleficent pushed them over. 

Legolas hardened his stare into the woods until he noticed Tauriel talking to him. "We go, Mel's not that ready to go on her own", he told her before walking out, waiting for Tauriel to join him.
