I probably won't make anything wholly cannon until it is used in IC. But that's just me, give me a few hours and I could build a city with my lore. Anyways I never said that PETA would be funding PETAM. And I didn't say that PETAM would be well off or as well supplied as PETA. So. I guess it depends if Ded or NMS have an opinion on the matter. Either way I'll have crazy people trying to save monsters regardless of whether or not they belong to any particular Organization. Although it might not be as chaotic.
