I've cut back on sugar too. I'm even eating more chicken and salmon. :3 And salads too. When I want something sweet, I do indulge in chocolate from time to time. But yogurt (the good kind) has become my replacement for ice cream. It's not the same but you can add granola, fruit, and stuff to it. I also go for smoothies, like fresh bananas, yogurt, berries...blend and enjoy. I've been tempted to freeze it and make it into some kind of pop-sickle...I also have some good recipes for low calorie cookies that only use the minimum sugar. I've also cut out potato chips am sticking to fiber based cereals. I feel a lot better, mentally and physically. I used to go the gym 1-2 times a week before I injured myself. I mean two days ago I resorted to fast food (after a while of cutting it out) and I felt really sick and almost threw up so I think my body is beginning to rewire itself haha. But it's just little steps, that's all you need to get things moving~
