If I had to take a guess,

[@Fubsy] Marcella would probably stay somewhat connected to all of them, being a doctor and stuff.
[@Dmessenger] Maxwell and Cooper would probably grow a lot closer, but not have much (if any) contact with the others.
[@Framing A Moose] Lila might still have at least some contact with the others over the years.
[@Rusalka] Daniella would end up the most isolated, along with [@Princeofhearts]. But with how you both are RPing them I guess you already knew that :p
