[@Brithwyr] Think of cancer taking on a life and living among people, think of it not as a disease but as a person, then what if it tried to get others to become fans of it and it had people that really thought well of it, while others knew what the hell it was from the get go (i.e Me, Windel and many others) Then Cancer decides to have people be positive about everything about it and try to worship it like fucking celeb or fucking god in a way. 

In short DSPositive=worse than cancer, it's like retardation in the form of cancer that you catch, me and Windel are some of the people naturally immune to DSPositive, but if you wish to learn more [@Brithwyr] do a quick google search about it.
