I know that we can add Germaine to that list, since in our collab he had said that he was going to wind up on his float whether he wanted to be there or not. I'm also adding a Zapdos NPC to my post, if that isn't a problem, as well as the former Regirock participant, just for funsies.

This was probably more effort than was needed, but I actually figured out the number of Legendaries who are participating in the parade. Zanavy's post said that approximately a fifth of the Avatars appeared in it, including some of ours. There are a total of 53 known Legendaries in the games, so that works out to 11 Avatars throughout the parade. 

There will be shoutouts in the post that I'm working on right now.
