"If we don't do something he won't be able to walk again!" Fili protested frantically. "Or worse, he could die!" it was quite unlikely since there was no poison in the arrow but Fili wasn't all that knowledgable in those things so he didn't know any better and he was worried about losing his brother.

"It's not here!" shouted Dwalin in frustration as he began to bang against the wall with his fists and shoulder. "It's.[i]Not[/i].HERE!" 
"Be quiet!" Nori snapped at him as he tried to keep tapping with the spoon but Dwalin was making it very difficult for him to hear the echoes back. "I can't hear with all yer thumpin'!"
