I have a character concept. If you think a character like that might have a place in your role play, then count me in.

There's the existence of the Library. It's maintained by the Librarian and his assistant. They gather any material the government finds suspicious. They maintain the largest collection of literature ranging from Alexander Berkman's autobiography and the Emma Goldman papers to the King James Bible. Also, they also specialize in gathering music. Often, they make money by renting out music that they have gathered for clubs and other gathering places of Zone Beta. In a way, it's a bit of a gang with a mentality towards freedom of information and freedom from government.

The character I'm thinking about would lean on the more charismatic side with interest in establishing a place separate from the government. They would rather that Zone Beta found Independence from Zone Alpha. A revolutionist. Maybe, maybe with connections the People from outside of New Ancora.
