Wiiiith a condition. The world outside New Ancora is something that is, as of yet, undeveloped/top-secret. It may come into play later in the story, but not at this point. We really like how your CS doesn't give away any specifics about the world beyond the city. In fact, it doesn't even explicitly say whether or not Markus is [i]actually[/i] from outside the city, i.e., he could totally be straight-up lying. 

Whether or not he is being honest doesn't matter. But do you think you can continue to write the character in a way that doesn't suggest any set-in-stone facts about what's outside the city? If so, welcome aboard!
