[@Mortarion] Basically, we'd need to discuss what interactions Valius and Constantine actually have with one another in the regards I previously stated. Presumably, their interaction is quite minimal prior to Valius suddenly becoming a psyker, given that most of the chapter's standard technology would be serviced by the lower-ranked Techmarines and the direct allies the chapter has within the AdMech, and there would probably be little interaction between the two groups normally beyond perhaps the use of Force weapons and other psyker-specific gear. Therefore, we'd need to discuss how they react to one another post-Psykerisation. As I said, it may or may not be the case that Constantine was directly involved in Valius' brainwashing, and it may or may not be the case that he was directly involved in his subsequent psyker training. What I want to know is how involved you're comfortable with Constantine getting - that is to say, how much time he puts into both of these things, and how much of those tasks is instead left to the lesser psykers in the chapter. It's your call, keeping in mind that Valius' psyker abilities probably only developed relatively recently... let's say within the past half a century or so.
