I personally like the story of Awakening better. It's alot more flushed out, and it was somewhat unique. Fates unique factor is wasted at the start, but it's by no means bad. However, I love the characters in this game exponentially more then the awakening characters. The only let down is the avatar, but Xander and Ryoma are amazing characters, along with the rest of the casts. BTW, Fuck Takumi and Jakob. Bunch of bastards.
