I'm more for a small group than a big one in all honesty. A smaller group allows for more relations to be built up and makes the central team really feel like protagonists. Although, if someone drops out that could prove to be problematic. The problem with bigger groups is making a plot of fit them all, and the early drop out stuff is still there but just on a larger scale. Sorry if there are any typos by the way! On my phone so autocorrect might have gotten me
Agreed. As for plot, what if the characters are all transfer students from the various schools being thrown together into a slapdash team around the time the Vytal festival takes place (and all that entails...). Since there's really no good way to get them placed into teams the usual way halfway through the semester, they have to learn to work together in time to participate in the tournament and aide in the upcoming crisis.
