Bane was fighting not to lose it, his shoulder turning black. Serena was watching him, worried that the shoulder was dislocated or worse. She looked at Thorin and their eyes met. He heard her in his head *I think Bane is hurt, but I can't tell if any of the others are...if you can tell just nod if they are alright and shake your head if you see any of them hurt...* She was trying to think of a plan but needed to know how many were hurt that might need help first. 

Bilbo started to head the way the company had been taken, hoping to catch up with them and somehow help them. But after a time and a couple miss steps, he and a goblin fell off a cliff where he would find the thing that would change his life forever.
