Erika shook her head. "The boy is how old? Eight?... maybe ten and you want to put a fully loaded gun into his hand. Sorry Blitz but I don't see how that will help us. You forget that the recoil from even a 9mm would be too much for that kid. If he was older like 14 even I could see it. Plus,... if you didn't notice Blitz, we aint got the time to be training some kid on how to use them either. First off he needs a lot of arm strength." Erika looked to her food and let go of the fork. "Right now all he can do to help out is run around with supplies and even that aint going to be much." Even if the kid could wield the smallest caliber weapon the bullet would just piss the things off. Besides,... the boy just survived a traumatic event that will likely leave him scarred for life, literally and metaphorically. Erika rose up and picked up her rifle. "I'm hitting the sack. There is a security room which will give us view of the survielence cameras outside. We should have one person on it. You guys can decide who takes the first shift. Once I'm rested I will be looking at our options...." She said. With that done and said she exited the commissary. She took the room she assigned to herself. The first room to the right. She picked it because that would mean if Xenos did breach her room would be the first they would hit. Then again knowing these things... she was likely always the first target if they took the time to observe their movements from now on. The girls were the least of their worries. The leader would be a primary target to them.
