[@Dead Cruiser] I'm pretty sure Merlin has a direct response for Levi right before "From the Ground Up"

Urthar is in two places but they're at different times. So. Levi can still respond to Urthar. And then Merlin will write a response accordingly. 

That's how I kind of see the scenes playing out. 

Just imagine two scenes happening back to back but at totally different times.
