When you're starting a fight, you'll generally post the character you're using in the "Characters" tab of that thread.  Otherwise, put them wherever you wish... the "Character Sheets" forum on this site is a good place to put them IMO.

Also, no character sheet has to be exact.  So long as you get the essentials down (appearance, skills, equipment, and powers are the areas most important in the arena) then any format should be fine.
