Like this I'll get third update for Yazai group going while Langua group didn't even move to the first.

On a serious note, ghost is defetable in pure fight, although it will be hard. [@Leaves] also has a good idea about another way to deal with it, though he's going about it wrongly. 

Seriously, if "the special item" thingy was in the apartment, don't you think the ghost would've found it by now and made peace?
