Considering how Zephyr willing allowed the god known to be quite the trickster to become one of his forms when They first. That and he'd also willingly decides to takeover as Loki on his own choice. I'm just saying, but Zephyr had a choice to either use Loki or not. Didn't really see Zephyr resist using Loki takeover or being forced to use it by Loki himself.
