They're higher, because they're not relying on the same stimuli that would have to be a very limited set since we had very few shared experiences compared to our total experiences, plus the methods of constructing the dream by our brains didn't need to be the same.
Requiring the same things from different things lowers odds, allowing for different things from them raises them.
