Possibly, it really depends. It's likely, but Nidhogg is fickle he might decide he just needs to kill something to relieve his anger and those two are as good a target as any. It's worth a shot, at the very least.

Edit: I also think that, while Georgie could beat Nidhogg. . . I doubt it could be done without causing a huge scene and lots of damage.
