I appear to not be getting much response from [@Mortarion], even though I actually do need to discuss how Constantine feels about Valius' state as some crazy arcano-tech hybrid. Like, in terms of his being Master of the Forge, as opposed to my mistaken prior belief regarding his psychic powers. Also, you, with regards to how the Chapter Master reacts to Valius' state, please.
