It's sealed shut and the walls are made of magical enhanced bone(about twice as string as steal and able to handle blunt impacts better thanks to being a natural shock absorber) and are 4, going on 5, feet thick. She can't just flow through, and it would take a really strong attack to bust through. 

Oh, and the hands wouldn't hurt her, except for the strong grip, they just train magic.
