[@Crow]Dullahan won't have a weakness to iron. As for Fae breeding together it depends on the type Seelie and Unseelie or ect. Generally if they mate with a Season born the child will NOT be of Seasonborn blood. But generally the child is one type or the other with a few exceptions.
