[@Turboshiter] Hm, well, this wasn't supposed to be happening DURING the Vytal festival, just a few weeks after when teams were supposed to first have formed (And I can see your confusion due to my first post; I'd meant for that note to be about Ozpin setting things up for it since it's such a large event), but you know what I'll roll with it. This means after teams are formed we can pretty much roll right into the festival for arena battles. We'll get into the etiquette of that later.
