If they haven't started or made a pad, I suggest, as Hellis has, to be proactive and pm them a link with a start made out. Waiting seems to be a really big issue in many rps and honestly, everyone waiting on everyone else tends to kill a rp faster than a neat freak's appetite when they find a fly in their soup.
