Just a heads up. If you're going to be making villain type characters, I want deep concepts. I am not going to accepts stereotypes driven by nothing but blind rage towards something because they're supposed to be "evil". We already have one Uther Pendragon. 

I am not trying to be a douche, but I have been around enough useless villain characters to now stand completely without patience for them. Villains are people too, they have emotions and they have good and bad sides to them. Villains are not cardboard cutouts with a single desire to hurt others. Always remember that villains never consider themselves villains. Everyone has a motto, and ideal and I want that to shine brightly in a villain type character. 

I will not under any circumstances accept a loose cannon who's evil for the sake of being evil. 

With that said, you're more than welcome to make a villain character if you want to. Just remember what I've said.
