Well, luckily for him, his power doesn't toy around with his family's feelings, so that would be them.

When it comes to whoever [i]wouldn't[/i] be able to resist him, I actually think the empaths would be most vulnerable, due to the fact that they can feel others emotions, and there will be bucketloads of lust coming from Julian. But, other than that, it's just whoever's mind is weaker/most vulnerable to lust, I guess.
