But, other than that, it's just whoever's mind is weaker/most vulnerable to lust, I guess.

That's a good point. Since the empaths feel emotions, they would be the most vulnerable seeing as they would be feeling the totality of his lust power. I didn't think of that, but it makes sense. But I think a powerful empath, like Leah, would probably be able to use her empathy to block out his lust, since powerful empaths can block emotions.
