And the answer to your question, good sir, rests in how affected by holy magic the necrotic energy is. Cause the familiarity that I have with Holy anything and Necro anything is that they're pretty much polar opposites. If you've ever played AQ, you'll get a nice punch of irony from the Undead Paladin enemy.
