Their diplomats are almost entirely female and operate in idealized bodies of their past, organic selves. So it's gonna be a super hot, blue-skinned, four-armed woman who'll be representing the Harmony at the Council. Essentially, the Wo are the Dark Elves of this setting: incredibly self-centered, rather secretive, possessed of great arcane knowledge, and totally hedonistic. :nat

I do wonder about their relations with the other factions. Undoubtedly they would be enemies with the Ascendancy and minor trading partners with everyone else. With regards to the civil war in the Kurtiye, [i]they are actively supporting nationalistic groups with the occasional technological boon in the hopes that it would split apart and Balkanize.[/i]
