Edit: that took a hell of a lot of time. At least I've established Wen's character and look. I've also edited the character sheet's Government Description section to include her.

Wen is a super hot, four-armed, blue-skinned space chick who wears a Cheongsam. Her honor guards are four-armed Necrons that glow blue instead of green.
