So where I live (Dubai) 5 PM on Friday would be 
8 Am in New York City
5 Am in Los Angeles 
1 Pm in London
And 2 Pm in Constantinople. 
I'd be willing to move it to probably any time between 5 PM on Friday (Dubai Time) to 2 AM on Saturday (Dubai Time) so just do the conversions around those times and we can agree on something.
