Ok, I know its a huge expanse but it'll be justified, id like to reserve the core with my borders touching everyone that is currently around where I want to be.

I write from a tablet and phone so doing edits with paint is quite difficult if near impossible.

And actually, looking at the map.. If I get what I'm wanting, ill be roughly as large as red on that map so its not too far fetched/extreme.

Edit; from my pretty extensive experience, chats kill ooc's.. When ooc dies, RP dies.

Can't carry those ideas to ooc and dont even bother saying "oh ooc wont die" I've heard that so many times.
