They're both good choices. Have you picked a nation yet? That might help you decide. If it's a more Euro-influenced nation, then the Mirage could work better. Also, what background is your character from, that could help too. The Phantom was used as a Navy fighter, whereas the Mirage wasn't. That might help tip the decision?
