But his perception was widening, and soon he was trying to look outwards. When he looked across the battlefield, he saw Yvette also on the ground, with one of the Divers poised to strike with a sword. He was still screaming when he pointed the Variable Ammunition Dispenser at the Diver and pulled the trigger.
