Scorn is in a little gang, if I remember correctly.
My IC post just handed over Dorians assets to Saoirse which included a bank account that has 'mysterious' payments coming in and out.
As an assassin Dorian would have been paying off lots of different 'organisations' from government to well not so government.

It was simply giving a link for Scorn to use to be interested in Saoirse. Either Dorian used to pay them for services or maybe paid a rival gang. Either way, if they are skilled, it could lead back to you. ;p
