Numbers were crunched, and after seeing how much a quarter mile really is, let's just go with the half-quarter mile or something like that. This is why I like to leabe things undefined sometimes, cause things make less and less sense the more logic is applied to them. 

Also, post is going to be up for a second, than deleted so I can finish it up and get Seraphs opinion on it before I post the final edit. It's his character getting beaten, so just want to be sure I don't have Nidhogg overdo it.
