I should have been more specific regarding power levels. Stuff like the lesser heroes or villains of the Marvel/DC Universe; Spiderman, the Suicide Squad, the mutants present in the Deadpool movie [i]other[/i] than Deadpool. Mutants like Spyke or Toad. Hawkeye or Black Widow. 

There certainly will be people stronger than that in this roleplay but they will most certainly not by the 16 year olds with no training entering high school.

Hm... Trying to think of a powerset that fits her then. Would you be against Regeneration in general? If not I'll have to go with Super Strength with a twist.
