We are indeed still open since well I haven't accepted anybody yet now have I? lol Peculiar and strange abilities are explained more in the OCC but basically every limiter has a special ability that is unique to them, something as simple as seeing through walls to as complex as controlling light or something. These powers give them an extra edge in battle but they come at great cost as using them willy nilly without proper restraint can cause the body to begin to degenerate at a extremely quickened pace or you make them go mentally insane or both! So much fun. lol
