Well, Shinrei is not going to be too pleased that Ignia followed him just to find Ethel. Knowing him, he will abandon returning the card to Ethel until she is not around. He's not the kind of person who wants others around when he is doing business. When he wants to meet person-to-person he actually means it with no other people around. He doesn't want to become friends with Ignia either and he certainly has nothing to say to her since he has no reason to engage into a conversation with her. Looks like Ethel won't get her card back until the end of the day unless she goes and seeks Shinrei out. If Ethel is lucky he might inform her to meet with him later since he has something he wants to give back to her that belongs to her.
