YES. It's meant to be a general narrative describing the situation your character is in. If you wish to stray from the narrative (sustain more injuries, not wake up yet, not investigate, experience different passengers than the ones listed, ect. the possibilities are endless ) then that is fine. 

Just in general, have them there and have been shaken up a bit.
