[@Madame Kitten] Yea muskets are nowhere near as accurate, but if Emiliano got up close he is a bit to clumsy with a blade and would probably get shredded up close with magic. And he is a decent shot, actually better than Corradino... its the last of like 3 things he is  better at though and even then its only marginally above average
